We met in the fall of 2017 in a speech class (CMST 2060) at LSU. Robin only did speeches on conspiracy theories and Meredith only talked about fish, but we still connected instantly. Despite Robin being nearly four hours late for their first date (no, Meredith has never forgotten and probably will never forget) the two were an instant match.

We officially began dating on January 10, 2018 when Robin asked Meredith out on the sketchiest set of stairs on LSU’s campus that overlook the pool where Pitch Perfect was filmed, what a special place right?! No, but please don’t judge!

Robin and Meredith spent the rest of their time at LSU attached at the hip, mostly because they were forced to with COVID. Kidding!! Quarantine wasn’t all so bad though because it brought Remi, the best four legged friend, into the picture. Robin, Meredith, and Remi then moved to Birmingham after Robin finished law school to start their big girl lives together. Since living in Bham, Meredith and Robin have bought their dream house (most days) and found the most perfect friends that make their home away from home extra special (we even excuse the fact that they are Alabama fans). Meredith and Robin are so excited to culminate their great love story on January 17, 2026, with all of you!
